GMC 9/25 EVENT: Imagine a near-brand spanking new multi-story, mammoth complex housing state-of-the-art digital TV/audio equipment, a massive staging area, anchor desk studio, edit suites, rec room with billiards and more, big HDTV screens adorning virtually each of the vast and myriad corridors, and a rooftop party deck five stories high with cabana bar, specialty seating, tiki torches, and a majestic Western vantage point of the Chicago skyline. Walnut Street (due north from the United Center, almost due West on Lake Street, and only 10 minutes from downtown). Free on-street parking. When departing, must call if requiring taxi service.
