As we are still as a global community trying to come to terms with the awful events that occured at Virginia Tech University in the United States on April 16th; we wanted to infrom the DF community that all the representatives of the local Hellenic Student Association and all Greek professors at the university are safe. There are no answers and so many questions for the events that took place, and it is a very hard pin to swallow, but there is a need to show support for those left behind to cope with after. Any messages posted here will be forwarded back to the whole HSA at Viginia Tech. Our thoughts are with you.

Roasting and cutting the lamb on a cold Easter Sunday outside of Chicago. Easter was amongst the coldest ever recorded for many in the United States and Canada; but in several neighborhoods you still saw many braving the cold to prepare the Easter Lamb. Thanks to Marina Christos for sending her pictures in.
DF: Did your families roast lamb this year?
