In a bid to change it's image of having mean, unprofessional workers, the City of Athens has put a new face since the Olympics in a bid to win over people, both citizens and tourists alike. ( And according to the latest poll, it seems to be working!)
A survey conducted with over 2,700 applicants showed that not only do people overwhelmingly feel they are served adequately at ancient sites ( 81 % ), a suprising 91.7% also feel safe visiting ancient sites.
