Greek Chrismas Shopping Ideas Online

With only a few days before Christmas, the rush is on to find that perfect gift for your friends and family. (For those of you who have finished...nicely done.)

While it is somtimes nearly impossible to find match up a gift to a person, we have some ideas that might help make that decision a bit easier, while keeping a Greek theme in mind.

Korres - GREAT DEAL for Greek Americans.  Type in the code GOGREEK and get a 25% discount.

Kantyli - A online shop with a great array of items including wooden Greek engraved picture frames.

Loukoumaki - A tshirt company with mostly themes geared towards children. Urban Greek - a site geared towards teenagers and older.

GreekBookstore.com - A great array of Greek children's books.

BouzoukiDVD.com - A great package for those who want to learn the art of playing the Bouzouki.

Alpha Music -A great resource for Greek Music.

Ellinas Multimedia - An array of Greek products ranging from comedies to Baklava Popcorn.

Greekshops.com - A little bit of everything for one to browse.

Masticha Shops - Fun high end items that you never thought you could get from Masticha.

Hellenic Museum Shops NY - Jewlery, sculptures, icons and more. (And keep in mind, a membership at a local Hellenic cultural center would not be a bad idea either.)

It's alll Greek London - Replications of artifacts and jewlery across from the British Museum.

Some books that have hit the market lately too that have been popular.  Vefa's Kitchen, How to roast a lamb-Psilakis, both great deals available thru Amazon and much cheaper than buying in retail.  Diane Kochilas has a great series of nine cooking books available in Greek and English.

Any other ideas, feel free to share. Happy Monday,
