Here's an interesting fact we found. Already being a very busy hurricane season in the US, it seems that the names assigned for the 2005 Hurricane Season will run out. Many have asked after "Wilma" what comes next?
Well, the National Weather Service will name any tropical storms or hurricanes (if any) that develop, post Wilma, with Greek names, beginning with the letter Alpha. We use our alphabet in mathematics, science and now hurricane naming. What's next?
Actually, we smell an inside job. Our guess is there's a Greek over at the NWS whose been waiting for an opportunity like this for a long, long time...
