Directions: From Portsmouth Rotary, take Rte 1 bypass, then left at 2nd traffic light (Greenleaf Ave). Follow signs to Festival Grounds at Andrew Jarvis Dr. next to Portsmouth High School. Plenty of free parking

Voluntary admission: $3.00 (children under 12 admitted free of charge)
