Two Bulgarians vacationing on a yacht in northern Greece might be facing up to ten years jail time for setting a fire on the island of Diasporos, near the Xalkidiki penisula in northern Greece. The duo were setting off fire works over the weekend, which ignited the fire. Although it was extinguished the same night and minimal damage occured, authorities are being very strict on this case. The two Bulgarians are to remain in custody until authorities figure out how to handle the case.

Our thoughts...while we are glad to see an increased effort to punish those who set fires (And it seem's that this one was accidental) what about brining to justic the individuals who set the huge fires that ravaged Athens and the Peloponisos area in recent years?
